The bike itself is great. The problem is that Pacific attempts to pre-assemble most of it and in doing so damaged the rear tire and didn't do the installation correctly causing a serious safety hazard. It cost me $85 to have the bike re-assembled properly and to have the tire replaced. I called Pacific and they basically snubbed me saying they weren't going to reimburse for any labor costs, which was most of it. ...
